Our guests are welcome to use the kayak(s) and canoe that are located at the cabin as they wish to. Transportation of the boats to the Stipp road Ramp is the responsibility of our guests. It is a very short drive(1/4) , and car top blankets and straps are available at the cabin for our guests to use as they desire.
In exchange for the use of our boats, our guests agree to take full responsibility for the use of the boats, and to release the owners of Sycamore Valley Cabin, from any and all liability, for damage, injury, or deathresulting from the selection, maintenance or use of this equipment, and for any claim based upon negligence, breach of warranty, contract, claim, or other legal theory; accepting themselves the full responsibility for any and all such damages or injury which may result.
